The Fatimid Testament: Part 1 - Reclaiming the Stolen History of Lady Fatima (as)

History is rarely a neutral record; often, it is a fortress built to protect the powerful. For centuries, a specific collection of evidence—detailing the most pivotal moment of deviation in the Ummah—has been systematically buried under layers of selective amnesia and deliberate forgery. The Fatimid Testament is the first installment in an unfolding series dedicated to restoring the stolen history of the House of Prophethood.

To reclaim the identity of Al-Qayyimah, we must peel back the "Archive of Negligence" and confront realities that have been registered "against an unknown person" for far too long.

The Law of Concurrence: Why Silence is Participation

A fundamental spiritual principle exists in the Holy Qur'an: responsibility is not limited to the one who strikes the blow, but extends to those who justify it.

  • In Surah al-Baqarah (2:91), the Almighty holds later generations accountable for the actions of their ancestors who "killed the Prophets".

  • Because they sought to hide the crimes of their fathers to protect tribal pride, the Qur'an treats them as active partners in the slaughter.

  • This is the Law of Concurrence. If we remain silent regarding the tragedy of Lady Fatima (as), or "whitewash" history in the name of a false unity, we become accomplices to the original strike.

  • This investigation serves as a filter of sincerity, separating those who seek the Reality of Religion from those who prefer the comfort of the world.

Zahra'ism and Absolute Authority

A pillar of Zahra'ism is the distinction between the "Perfect" and the "Deficient".

  1. The Perfect Religion: A perfect religion (Qur'an 5:3) can only be represented by the Perfect (Infallible) Imams.

  2. Relative Authority: While scholars hold authority, it is strictly relative and valid only when it aligns perfectly with the words of the Ahl al-Bayt.

This documentation bypasses the "theological filtering" of fallible men, returning directly to the Book and the Progeny to establish the absolute authority of the House of Fatima (as).

Historical Evidence: The Verdict of Treachery

To prove the gravity of this case, we look beyond Shia primary texts to the books deemed "Authentic" (Sahih) by the established schools of the world.

1. Umar ibn al-Khattab’s Admission

In Sahih Muslim (Book of Jihad), Umar explicitly acknowledges the view held by Imam Ali (as) and Abbas. He states that they viewed both him and Abu Bakr as "liars, sinful, treacherous, and dishonest". While some collectors attempted to censor this by replacing these words with vague phrases like "so-and-so," the raw truth survived in Muslim's record.

2. The Declaration of "Even So"

Historian Ibn Qutaiba al-Dinawari records the moment Umar arrived with fire and wood to force a pledge of allegiance. When warned that the Leader of the Women of Paradise was inside, Umar’s response was a chilling: "Even so!" (Wa in!). This proves that the sanctity of the Prophet’s daughter was secondary to the hunger for political control.

The Physical Reality of the Martyrdom

The martyrdom of Lady Fatima (as) was a deliberate, violent violation that led to her death at only eighteen years of age.

  • Prophetic Foretelling: Al-Juwaini records the Prophet (saww) weeping as he foretold that his daughter would be "struck," her "rib broken," and her "unborn child miscarried".

  • The Confession: Primary records in Bihar al-Anwar provide a first-hand account where Umar describes striking Lady Fatima's hands, kicking the door, and pressing it against her until her ribs broke.

  • The Medical Verdict: Imam Ja'far al-Sadiq (as) provides the definitive testimony: the cause of death was trauma caused by Qunfudh (at Umar’s command) striking her with the iron sheath of his sword. This caused the miscarriage of Mohsin and a severe, terminal illness.

Conclusion: Confronting the Foundation

Lady Fatima (as) did not depart this world through natural grief; she was murdered. Her martyrdom is the foundation of our history, and confronting the actions of those responsible—Abu Bakr, Umar, and Qunfudh—is the first step toward a true connection with the Imam of our Time (atfs).
